The Handloom Export Promotion Council (HEPC), a nodal organization under Ministry of Textiles, Government of India for the promotion of export of handwoven textile products from India is organizing "Indian Handwoven and Hometextiles Sourcing Virtual Buyer-Seller Meet with a specific focus in Japan" during 8th - 10th February, 2022.

The objective of the Indian Handwoven and Hometextiles Sourcing Virtual Buyer Seller Meet is to offer an ideal platform for Indian manufacturers and Japanese importers/buyers to continuously connect and network as well as to keep their presence in this sector. Indian exporters dealing with hometextile products (i.e. bed, bath, table linen, floor coverings, window, fabric, kitchen linen, walls etc.) and clothing accessories (i. e. dress materials, stoles, scarves, shawls, garments etc.) will be participating at the virtual buyer-seller meet.
