Seminar “India’s North East – Arunachal Pradesh”

The Embassy of India in Tokyo hosted a Seminar “India’s North East – Arunachal Pradesh” on 27 August 2024 to highlight the tourism and business opportunities in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

2. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Sibi George, Ambassador of India to Japan, who highlighting upon North East Region’s rich cultural heritage & its geographical diversity, mentioned about Arunachal Pradesh’s tourism & investment opportunities.

3. H.E. Shri Pasang Dorjee Sona, Hon’ble Tourism Minister, Government of Arunachal Pradesh spoke about the tourism potential in the State.

4. Shri Swapnil M. Naik, Secretary (Tourism) and Ms. Bullo Mamu, Secretary (Industries) from Government of Arunachal Pradesh made presentations on tourism & business opportunities in Arunachal Pradesh.

5. Ms. Kime Bune, Assistant Vice President, Invest India made a presentation on the activities of Invest India, economic growth of North East Region and India-Japan collaboration in the North East Region.
