   Invites sealed tenders from reputed firms with prior experience in dealing with Embassies/large buildings for undertaking and coordinating necessary Building Maintenance services for its Chancery and residential premises in Tokyo which are located in Kudan-Minami; Nishi-Waseda; Daizawa; Shiroganedai; Moto-Azabu and Shibuya-Ku, Nishihara.

   The service providers are required to carry out regular building maintenance services of the above premises/offices in accordance with the scope of work provided by the Embassy.    Site visit for interested bidders will be from 1300-1700 hours on 05 February 2018. Sealed tenders in English together with experience profile may be submitted starting from 6 February from 0900 hrs and latest by 14:00 hrs on 12 February 2018 along with an Earnest Deposit Certificate issued by a recognized bank for an amount of Yen 135,000.
